Family Office experience is preferred, but strong generalist CAS/Accounting backgrounds will also be considered. Position Overview
Title: CAS Manager or CAS Senior Manager
Location: Reno, NV
Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 base
Schedule: Onsite preferred; hybrid available for the right candidate
Industry Focus: Family Office, HNW Individuals, Real Estate, Construction, Trust & Estate, Small Businesses
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor Client Advisory Associates
- Perform complex controller and advisory work
- Meet with clients and manage engagements
- Review staff work and identify areas for improvement
- Participate in developing and implementing client management policies
- Manage deadlines and conduct special projects
- Bill a minimum of 1,500 hours annually with no more than 15% write‑downs
- Complete required continuing education (24 hours annually; 16 in A&A)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 5–10 years of experience within a CPA firm
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor strongly preferred
