We are seeking a full-time Senior Bookkeeper to join our team on-site at our office in Reno, NV. The Senior Bookkeeper will handle day-to-day financial processes, including preparing financial statements, managing bookkeeping tasks, and utilizing accounting software. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, posting journal entries, and providing financial insights to support business goals.
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Journal Entries (Accounting), and maintaining accurate financial records
- Experience with Financial Statements preparation and analysis
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Software and Finance principles
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Experience in tax planning and multi-state tax compliance is a plus
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
