About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing organization. This role is ideal for a generalist with strong accounting fundamentals and experience in construction, manufacturing, or logistics industries. You will play a key role in managing invoicing and month-end reporting while supporting a dynamic finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoicing and ensure accuracy in billing.
- Perform month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Maintain and update general ledger (GL) accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial data.
- Support financial analysis and assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction/manufacturing logistics.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing and GL processes.
- Ability to thrive in a growing company environment and handle diverse responsibilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Team Structure
You will be part of a 3-person finance team based in the U.S., working collaboratively to support business growth.
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
