What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Accountant position at Capital Search Group?

Our publicly traded client located near Germantown, MD (Hybrid) 1 day a week in the office is seeking a Senior Accountant. This role will focus on SOX compliance and SEC reporting. to include auditor interface, risk assessment, internal controls and general ledgers. Compensation is targeted at $105K bonus.
