Responsibilities

- Manage document review processes utilizing advanced document management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, attorneys, title companies, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and facilitate smooth transaction workflows.
- Perform due diligence by reviewing titles, surveys, environmental reports, and other relevant records; identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of case files and ensure all documentation is organized and up-to-date.
- Draft legal documents including contracts, affidavits and correspondence with precision; proofread all materials for accuracy.
- Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven paralegal experience in real estate law.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability in legal drafting, proofreading, and document review processes.
- Qualia experience a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
