Tax Director and Tax Senior Manager Opportunities w/ Top #10 National CPA Firm - Phoenix, AZ
Our client is a Top #10 National CPA firm that is performing a very select search for a Tax Director and a Tax Senior Manage to join their team onsite in Phoenix, AZ
These tax positions will be generalist focus with a lean towards Private Client Services (HNWI, trust/estate, pass through, s corps, partnerships) with very light corporate work. Industries included but not limited to Construction, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Healthcare and Non-Profit (light).
Benefits:
- Director: $200,000 - $230,000 (Base)
- Senior Manager: $150,000 - $200,000 (Base)
- Performance Bonuses: 5% -10%

Qualifications:
- CPA Licensed
- 6 years of experience in public accounting with 3 years in a supervisory role
- Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements
