Requirements:
- MUST be licensed in Georgia
- 3 years of litigation experience
- Background in transportation litigation strongly preferred
- Experience with tort matters, motor carrier defense, and/or insurance coverage disputes is a major plus
- Strong academic credentials
- Practical experience with depositions, discovery, and motion practice
- Detail‑oriented, strong judgment, and able to thrive both independently and in a team setting
