What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate position at Wegman Partners?
We have partnered with a national law firm in a search for an Insurance Litigation Associate to join their litigation practice group in Atlanta, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent insurance policyholders in insurance disputes in a wide variety of coverage disputes including but not limited to: commercial general litigation, commercial property, commercial auto, class action lawsuit defense coverage, catastrophic first-party property losses, professional liability, environment and toxic tort claims, etc.
- Review insurance policies
- Analyze and counsel on insurance coverage issues
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Georgia
- At least 2 years of experience in a large law firm environment
Salary : $215,000 - $250,000
