I am working with an elite Intellectual Property Boutique on a strong need for its busy Trademark practice. They are seeking a senior associate/of counsel with significant substantive trademark experience to join one of the best trademark practices in the world.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 6 years of trademark litigation experience with demonstrated strength in legal writing and advocacy
- Experience handling complex disputes
- Significant substantive experience (1st chair) and leadership experience
- Excellent academic credentials
This role is available in both a traditional, partner-track role and an off-track role with designated hours and compensation that aligns.
This is an opportunity to join a sophisticated practice working on high-stakes, newsworthy matters and lead disputes in federal courts and administrative forums. You will collaborate closely with partners and work directly with big name clients.
