About the Company: Join a growing boutique law firm and support their Development, Land Use, and Public Financing Mechanisms division.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate public-private development agreements, intergovernmental agreements, and transactional documents for mixed-use, commercial residential and transit-oriented development.
- Advise and negotiate multi-jurisdictional financing agreements for funding regional transportation, housing, and other special purpose entities.
- Use your experience with land use entitlements, including annexations, inclusionary housing policies, zoning, and land use development codes.
Qualifications:
- 5 - 8 years of relevant transactional law experience in real estate, land use, or finance.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Colorado Bar License Preferred
Pay range and compensation package: $177,000 - $195,00
Salary : $19,500 - $177,000
