Job Summary: The Financial/Accounting Analyst will play a critical role in the company. Under general supervision, the Analyst will focus on financial reporting and accounting while supporting real estate transactions across multiple product types. The position works closely with senior management and will have a range of responsibilities from data entry of expenses to running analytics to compiling financial reports. Success in the role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and interest in commercial real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track deal execution and run analytics
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Manage budgeting and forecasting
- Track and manage accounts payables and receivables
- Handle data entry of expenses
- Manage bank deposits and reconciliations
- Manage invoice payments, monthly statements, reimbursements and check distributions
- Assist with contracts/deal documentation
- Assist with underwriting and modeling real estate deals
- Complete other tasks as needed to assist with real estate transactions and overall company performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, written and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Denver metro-based, full-time employee in Castle Rock
- Graduation date of December 2025 (or sooner)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience within the real estate industry.
- Experience in a brokerage setting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (i.e., QuickBooks)
