Position Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Analyst to join our growing team. This is an ideal role for recent graduates who are analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience across real estate asset management, financial modeling, and investment strategy. You will play a key role in supporting decision-making related to property acquisitions, lease analysis, and operational performance across our diverse portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for properties and new investments.
- Assist in preparing cash flow projections, valuation analyses, and ROI assessments.
- Support asset management by tracking performance metrics, occupancy, and lease terms.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking for commercial and entertainment properties.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and external partners.
- Collaborate with operations and accounting teams to reconcile financial performance with real estate metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and a basic understanding of financial modeling concepts.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate clearly.
- Interest in both commercial real estate and hospitality operations is a plus.
