Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation - Boutique Law Firm in Dallas
Details & Benefits:
- Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 base salary plus year-end bonus
- Practice Area Focus: Commercial Litigation, a lot of Construction specifically as the firm represents a lot of Homebuilders and Subcontractors
- Billable Hours: 150 monthly
- Fully In-Office Schedule
- Firm pays 100% of medical & dental insurance cost for the employee
- 401k with 4% firm contribution
- PTO starting at 13 days plus typical paid holidays off
- Holiday parties, birthday lunches, new hire celebrations, etc.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 YOE as an Attorney in Commercial/Business Litigation
- Construction Law experience would be fantastic but not required
- Able to independently manage cases from start to finish with minimal handholding
- Consistent job tenure (no job hoppers please)
