Associate Attorney Civil Defense Litigation Firm - Addison, TX.
Our firm is seeking an Associate Attorney (2–4 years of civil litigation experience preferred) to join our growing defense practice. We represent businesses, property owners, and insurers in a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters across Texas.

Responsibilities And Duties
- Manage an active litigation docket from intake through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and dispositive briefing.
- Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in mediations.
- Work closely with clients, adjusters, and co-counsel to develop defense strategies.
- Support trial teams in state and federal courts across Texas.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Texas law license in good standing.
- 2–4 years of experience in civil litigation (defense experience preferred).
- Knowledge of laws related to personal injury litigation, legal codes and court procedures.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines.
Required license or certification:
- Juris Doctorate
- Texas Bar License in good standing
Salary : $110,000
