A well-respected Dallas-based litigation boutique is seeking a confident and capable Associate Attorney to join their growing team. This firm punches above its weight, consistently delivering results that rival larger firms while maintaining the agility and personalized approach of a boutique practice.
About the Role:
This Associate will primarily focus on Commercial Litigation, with a strong emphasis on Construction Law. The firm represents a wide range of clients including homebuilders and subcontractors, so familiarity with construction-related disputes is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage litigation matters from intake through resolution.
- Develop case strategy, draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and represent clients in hearings and trials.
- Collaborate with partners while maintaining autonomy over assigned cases.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3–5 years of experience in Commercial or Business Litigation.
- Construction Law experience is highly desirable but not required.
- Must be proactive, confident, and able to work independently without micromanagement.
- Candidates with Personal Injury backgrounds will not be considered.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 (flexible based on experience)
- Bonus: Discretionary year-end bonus
- Billable Requirement: 150 hours/month (1800 annually)
