Position Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with business leaders and employees to align people strategies with business goals. This role acts as a trusted advisor, driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development while ensuring compliance and consistency across HR functions
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies supporting business goals.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
- Coach managers and leaders to build high-performing teams.
- Support workforce planning, succession, and talent development initiatives.
- Use HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Lead investigations and ensure fair and consistent resolution of employee issues.
- Collaborate with HR teams (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation, Benefits, etc.) to implement HR programs.
- Manage key HR processes such as performance management, engagement surveys, and recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and internal policies.
- Promote inclusion, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.

- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
