Required:

Minimum of 5 years directly applicable HR experience - partnering with business leaders to drive
strategic and effective people outcomes
Strong employee relations background (anticipate, identify, and facilitate resolution of employee relations issues)
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree desired
Masters highly desired
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
