SpineSearch is working with a busy, growing private orthopedic practice in Palm Beach County and is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations across six office locations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring efficient practice operations, strong financial performance, exceptional patient experience, and consistent clinical and administrative standards across all sites.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable traveling between locations while managing staff, workflows, and physician support in a fast-paced specialty practice.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Multi-Site Management
- Oversee daily operations for six practice locations, ensuring consistency in policies, workflows, and patient experience
- Travel regularly between offices to provide on-site leadership, staff support, and operational oversight
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures across all locations
- Monitor patient flow, scheduling efficiency, and clinic throughput
Staff Management & Leadership
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate administrative and clinical support staff
- Manage staffing schedules, coverage, and performance across multiple locations
- Foster a positive, professional workplace culture with accountability and teamwork
- Address employee relations issues and support ongoing staff development
Financial & Revenue Cycle Oversight
- Oversee billing, coding, collections, and revenue cycle performance
- Monitor key financial metrics, including A/R, collections, denials, and payer mix
- Collaborate with billing teams to improve reimbursement and reduce denials
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense management
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and payer requirements
- Maintain readiness for audits, accreditation, and payer reviews
- Oversee documentation standards and internal compliance processes
Provider & Patient Support
- Serve as the primary operational liaison for physicians and providers
- Resolve escalated patient concerns and service issues
- Support growth initiatives, new service lines, and office expansions
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare practice management experience
- Prior experience in spine, pain management, orthopedics, or a related specialty strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing multi-site medical practices
- Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficient with EHR/PM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between multiple office locations
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
