Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and securing new client partnerships, expanding our market presence, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and relationship building. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment and is excited about building relationships both in-person and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and target prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry research
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities while fostering long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Build relationships with healthcare organizations, practice administrators, and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Attend nationwide conferences, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads and expand brand presence
- Conduct in-person outreach, including door-to-door visits to medical practices and healthcare facilities, to establish new relationships
- Schedule and lead introductory meetings and presentations with CEO
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery on client needs
- Track outreach, pipeline activity, and client interactions in CRM systems
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
- Additional responsibilities may be introduced in collaboration with leadership to support evolving business needs
Qualifications:
