SpineSearh is working with a well-established, multi-specialty healthcare organization and seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its collaborative, patient-focused team in Pulaski, Virginia. This interdisciplinary practice is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care, with a strong emphasis on improving patient outcomes, functionality, and overall quality of life through individualized treatment plans.
Position Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role working alongside a team of physicians and clinical specialists. The provider will play a key role in delivering direct patient care, supporting clinical operations, and contributing to the development and execution of personalized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical exams
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized care plans in collaboration with the clinical team
- Assist with in-office procedures and perform routine diagnostic tasks
- Educate patients on treatment plans, care strategies, and overall health management
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Active Virginia license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Board certification required
- Active DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to assess, diagnose, and manage patient care independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in pain management, spine care, or physical medicine & rehabilitation is a plus, but not required
