SpineSearch is working with a highly specialized surgical practice and is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work directly alongside a leading surgeon. This is a unique opportunity to become a true clinical partner in a dynamic, growing practice with exposure to both surgical and aesthetic medicine.
Position Overview:
This role is heavily integrated with the physician, focusing on both clinical and operational support. The ideal candidate is personable, adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. While experience is preferred, the practice values intelligence, work ethic, and personality over tenure.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Split between White Plains, NY (3 days) and Stamford, CT (2 days)
- Mix of clinic and operating room days
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the physician to ensure smooth daily operations
- Evaluate and prescreen patients for surgical procedures
- Prepare patients for surgery, including ordering imaging (CT scans) and coordinating medical clearances
- Manage post-operative care and follow-ups
- Review clinical documentation and assist with patient flow
- Opportunity to assist in the operating room and scrub into procedures
Patient Volume & Practice Setting:
- 15–20 patients per day in clinic
- 2–3 surgical cases on operative days
- Collaborative support team including administrative staff, medical assistant, surgical scheduler, and billing team
Qualifications:
- Active PA or NP license (NY &/or CT, or ability to obtain)
- Prior experience in related surgical specialty preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented
- Interest in both surgical and aesthetic medicine

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
