We are looking for an experienced production supervisor to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner. Responsible for supervising a diverse and talented production team.
Primary role is to properly organize staff members and achieve a reasonable workflow throughout the day.
Responsible for directing, disciplining, training and assisting production employees in a factory setting.
Production
[2] Weeks of PTO [80 hours], earning an additional day [8 hours] each following year up to a maximum of [3 ] weeks PTO [120 hours]
3% match on 401K
48 hours of sick time
6 Company-paid holidays
Eligible for Retention bonus of $1,250.00 based on % of hours worked, paid in June and December after 6 full months of employment
Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Production
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Ensure the safe use of equipment
- Check production output according to specifications
- Coordinate with QC/Inspection team to verify release of product
- Identify issues in inefficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely operate machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Coordinate factory opening and closing operations
- Maintains a clean and safe environment for all workers
- Plan, schedule, direct, and execute production based on customer production plan and forecast
- Coordinate and communicate with production team to achieve production plan and with logistics team to achieve shipping plan
- Coordinate with Production Engineer to implement continuous improvements
- Manage deliverable items
- Enforcing company policies and guidelines
- Assist in hiring new production employees
- Resolves issues and disputes between production employees
- Assists employees by offering personal growth opportunities
- Communicate expectations to production team members & evaluate their performance
- Experience using various manufacturing machinery and tools
- Proficient skills in MS Office and SAP
- Organizational skills and leadership abilities
- Excellent coaching, communication and interpersonal skills
