What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Assembler - Fort Lupton position at Sphere Renewables?
Overall goal: To support the production line/process by being a safe and productive employee and aiding in the production and shipping of Sphere Renewable products.

Role Objectives:
- To assemble to product specifications
- To execute the company policy
- To ensure full compliance with legal OSHA and ISO requirements
Production
- Perform a variety of tasks to accurately assemble fiberglass and plastic assemblies and subassemblies.
- Safely operate hand tools required to assemble parts.
- Safely operate overhead and rotating equipment.
- Work from basic visual aids, layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written/verbal assembly instructions.
- Perform quality checks on work in progress and completed assemblies in accordance with quality specifications.
- Safely load assemblies onto shipping racks.
- Organizing stock and maintaining inventory at your workstation.
- Inspecting products for defects and damages.
Environmental, Health & Safety
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment [PPE]
- Participate in company sponsored safety training
- Follow safe work practices
- Report unsafe/hazardous conditions
