We are looking for recruiters with a minimum of 1 year of engineering recruitment experience who are ready to accelerate their career in a high-growth market.
This role offers the opportunity to:
Build and scale your own specialist market
Work closely with major energy and infrastructure clients

Generate recurring revenue through contract placements

๐ฐ Business Development & Client Growth
Develop new client relationships across Energy & Infrastructure markets
Win and grow contract recruitment accounts
Lead commercial negotiations and secure hiring partnerships
Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through to close
Become a market specialist within your vertical
๐ฏ Candidate Management & Delivery
Source and headhunt engineering professionals for contract opportunities
Manage candidate processes from qualification through placement
Build strong contractor networks within your market
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and offer negotiations
Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced environment
๐ง What Weโre Looking For
โ Minimum 1 year of engineering recruitment experience
โ Strong business development or client management skills
โ Experience working within a fast-paced agency environment
โ Confidence building relationships with both clients and candidates
โ Commercial mindset with strong earning motivation
โ Resilience, urgency, and competitive drive
Experience within contract recruitment is highly advantageous but not essential.
