Senior Recruiter – Executive Search (Construction)

$60,000 – $70,000 base uncapped commission

This is a role for a proven agency 360 recruiter who is ready to take full ownership of a desk, win new business, and maximise earning potential in a high-growth U.S. market.

At Centurion Selection, you’ll join our Houston office and build your own desk within the U.S. construction sector - supported by an established brand, strong client demand, and direct mentorship from top billers.

🔹 This role is for someone who:

• Has a proven background in agency recruitment (360) — not internal recruiting

• Has a track record of consistently billing and closing business

• Is confident driving outbound business development and winning clients

• Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven agency environment

• Is motivated by earnings, performance, and career progression

• Wants to build toward leadership over time

🔹 What you’ll be doing:

• Building and growing your own recruitment desk from day one

• Driving business development and winning new client accounts

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process end-to-end

• Headhunting and placing senior construction professionals across the U.S.

• Running interviews, negotiations, and closing offers

• Positioning yourself as a go-to specialist in the construction market
