We are hiring a Construction/ QA/QC Manager with a strong background in electrical construction to support a mission-critical data center project in Culpeper, VA. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance throughout project execution.
Please note: There is no per diem or travel assistance. Must be local or willing to commute/relocate to the job site.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) programs for all electrical construction activities.
- Perform inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate QA/QC records and reporting to support project milestones and closeout.
- Ensure all work meets AECOM’s standards for safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in electrical construction quality management within large-scale or mission-critical projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and QA/QC documentation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site with diverse project teams.
- Experience with data centers or industrial electrical systems is highly desirable.
