What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Population Health position at Spectrum Healthcare?
The Director of Population Health supports and advances the Spectrum Healthcare Group mission by providing a wide range of population health management direction, with a strong emphasis on data-supported health outcomes. This position works closely with the other executives, the quality team, medical and clinical providers, in addition to external entities such as payers and stakeholders.
The Director of Population Health will be responsible for state-wide quality and population health initiatives. The position can be located anywhere in Arizona and achieved by remote work but open to travel as necessary.
Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 4 years combined higher education and experience in behavioral health service delivery.
- Practice transformation, healthcare administration, health data analytics, claims management, population health, and/or quality management.
- Experience in healthcare data analytics, utilization management, and population health activities required.
