Spectrum Healthcare Group is hiring Direct Support Providers / Crisis Response Behavioral Health Workers to support individuals in behavioral health programs, residential settings, and crisis situations. This is a hands-on role that involves structured skill-building, daily support, and responding to behavioral health crises under clinical supervision.
You’ll be part of a team that provides consistent, compassionate support to individuals working toward stability, recovery, and independence.
What the Work Looks Like Day-to-Day
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills and structured routines
- Facilitating life skills training and recovery-focused activities
- Assisting with residential responsibilities (meals, cleaning, organization, routines)
- Participating in care coordination and team staffing discussions
- Documenting client progress clearly and consistently
- Responding to behavioral health crises when needed (BHT role)
- Providing de-escalation support and assisting with stabilization efforts under supervision
- Helping connect individuals to appropriate levels of care when required
This role can include emotionally demanding situations and requires the ability to stay steady, follow procedures, and work closely with a team.

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required (higher education preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License and clean driving record required
- Ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (standing, walking, lifting up to 15 lbs)
Training & Support
