What You’ll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
- Keep facilities clean, sanitized, and welcoming
- Inspect and maintain company vehicles
- Move, set up, and assemble furniture and equipment
- Handle seasonal tasks such as landscaping or weather-related upkeep
- Identify and address safety and maintenance concerns
- Organize and manage maintenance and cleaning supplies
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience in maintenance, repairs, or custodial work (2 years preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18
- Ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR/First Aid certification (for direct care staff)
