Spectrum Healthcare Group is seeking a motivated Court Ordered Treatment Liaison to support individuals involved in court-ordered behavioral health services. This role connects treatment teams, courts, attorneys, and community partners to ensure clients remain engaged in care and meet court requirements.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate communication between courts, case managers, and treatment teams
- Monitor and document client compliance with court-ordered treatment
- Prepare and submit court reports and case updates
- Support treatment planning, reassessments, and care coordination
- Track case progress through the legal and behavioral health systems
- Attend court hearings and multidisciplinary meetings as needed

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if required)
Requirements
- Must meet BHT qualification requirements (education and/or behavioral health experience per guidelines)
- High school diploma with at least two years’ of behavioral health experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least one year of behavioral health experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field, OR
- Have a BHT certificate
- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if required)
- Must be 21 years old
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card upon hire required.
- CPR/First Aid certification required (AHA approved)
