About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced MEP Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low‑voltage, and fire protection systems on large‑scale construction projects. This is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for driving technical excellence, team performance, and seamless project delivery from design through commissioning
What You’ll
- Do Lead MEP Project Delivery — Oversee procurement, engineering, coordination, installation, commissioning, and closeout for all MEP scope
- Build Strong Partnerships — Develop trusted relationships with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owner representative
- Own the Contract Documents — Maintain deep knowledge of plans, specs, codes, and contract requirements to ensure compliance and quality
- Develop & Mentor Teams — Supervise and grow MEP engineers, superintendents, and support staff; contribute to performance evaluation
- Drive Project Controls — Manage budgets, schedules, logistics, and coordination to keep the project on trac
- Champion Safety & Quality — Ensure all MEP work meets safety standards, quality expectations, and industry best practice
- Identify design elements that impact cost and recommend value‑driven alternative
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of progressive MEP experience in design, coordination, and field installation
- Strong ability to evaluate design cost impacts and propose effective alternatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management and scheduling software is a plus
- Experience implementing emerging construction technologies
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
