Introduction: The Enterprise Architecture Project Manager will be responsible for leading enterprise architecture process improvement and governance initiatives, managing project plans, coordinating Architecture Review Board activities, and developing KPIs and executive reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead EA process improvement and governance initiatives
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables
- Coordinate Architecture Review Board (EARB) activities and governance workflows
- Improve architecture intake, review, approval, and workflow processes
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, executive reporting, and metrics
- Partner with Architecture, Security, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Business teams
- Manage tooling enhancements, requirements, testing, and rollout
- Strong senior stakeholder communication and facilitation skills required
