Senior Application Analyst (W2 ONLY)

Seeking a Senior Applications Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion SaaS) to analyze business requirements, design/configure solutions, support integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and ERP enhancements. The candidate will work closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business/accounting requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Support Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and Procurement modules.
• Analyze and optimize GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and P2P processes.
• Work with technical teams on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations and data flows.
• Perform SQL queries, data analysis, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
• Support SIT, UAT, QA, data validation, incident resolution, and production support.
• Prepare BRDs, functional/technical designs, process flows, use cases, and requirements documentation.
• Support Oracle quarterly SaaS updates, automation, process improvements, and standardization.
• Mentor junior analysts and communicate solutions, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

• 4 years of Oracle Cloud ERP experience.
• Strong Oracle Financials functional knowledge and accounting concepts.
• Hands-on OIC integration experience.
• Strong SQL and ERP data analysis skills.
• Excellent business/technical communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with large Finance, Accounting, IT, and business teams.
