Our work spans multifamily residential developments, corporate campuses, roof terraces, retail destinations, higher education institutions, golf courses, and select single-family estates. We blend creativity, precision, and collaboration to elevate exterior spaces into vibrant, enduring places.
We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Boston team. This role is for a passionate landscape architect ready to guide significant projects and work from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a team through the full project lifecycle from initial concept through construction administration.
- Manage client communications, consultant coordination, and municipal permitting processes.
- Ensure quality design and documentation.
- Balance design excellence with technical rigor, budget awareness, and project deadlines.
- Represent the firm confidently in meetings, presentations, and community engagements.
- Contribute to the growth of MDLA’s studio culture and design reputation.
Required Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong design sensibility with technical knowledge in landscape systems and detailing.
- Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.
- Ability to lead multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
- Bluebeam
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Licensure is a plus, but not required.
