Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk to join our team at the All New Spark by Hilton Pearland. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests and have Hilton PEP experience
These are the days every week we need:
- **11PM-7AM- Overnight shifts - Night Auditor/ Front Desk Clerk- Set schedule is Friday, Saturday & Sunday - Weekly
**Weekend Availability is a MUST!!**
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and local area
- Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and managing reservations
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Operate phone systems, answer calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations
- Experience in the hotel industry or hospitality management is preferred
- Proficiency in using front desk software and phone systems
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage for better guest interactions
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
