Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
- Utilize Google Suite for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Assist with calendar management for team members, coordinating meetings and events as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide support to other departments as required.
Experience
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite applications.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
