Position Summary
Spacetel LLC is one of the fastest-growing Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailers. As a Sales Advocate, you will deliver exceptional customer service while promoting Cricket Wireless products, plans, and services. You will help customers identify the best wireless solutions for their needs, support store operations, and contribute to achieving overall sales goals.
This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build genuine customer relationships while maintaining a professional, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement

• Warmly greet customers and identify their specific needs.
• Provide personalized recommendations and build lasting customer connections.
• Offer a positive, friendly, and helpful in-store experience.

2. Product & Service Knowledge

• Maintain a strong understanding of Cricket Wireless plans, promotions, devices, and accessories.
• Stay informed on industry trends and technology to accurately educate customers.

3. Sales & Performance

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Use consultative selling techniques to support customers in making informed decisions.
• Promote add-on products and services to maximize customer value.

4. Customer Support & Issue Resolution

• Assist with device activations, setup, troubleshooting, and basic technical support.
• Respond to billing or account inquiries and ensure timely, accurate resolution.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

5. Store Operations

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays.
• Assist with inventory control, merchandising, and daily operational tasks.

6. Brand Representation

• Represent Cricket Wireless and Spacetel with professionalism and integrity.
• Uphold company values by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
• Contribute to a welcoming and team-oriented environment.
