Your Role
As a Store Manager, you’ll lead a motivated sales team, oversee daily operations, and drive performance to exceed goals. You’ll foster a positive, energetic environment where employees thrive and customers enjoy an exceptional experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and motivate Sales Advocates.

• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and career development.

• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and fun.

Sales & Performance

• Lead your team to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Analyze store performance to identify areas for growth.

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.

Customer Experience

• Ensure top-tier customer service and satisfaction.

• Empower your team with strong product knowledge and solutions.

• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Operations & Inventory

• Manage inventory, conduct audits, and ensure accuracy.

• Oversee daily operations including cash handling, opening/closing, and compliance.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-aligned store.

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Support local marketing and promotional events.

• Utilize social media and community outreach to increase store visibility.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and review reports on sales, productivity, and inventory.

• Use data insights to guide decision-making and drive results.
