We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our retail team as Sales Advocates.
Position Summary
As a Sales Advocate, you will be the face of Cricket Wireless in your community. Your primary role is to provide excellent customer service, educate customers on wireless products and services, and help them select the best solutions for their needs. This position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, friendly retail experience

• Identify customer needs and recommend the best wireless plans, devices, and accessories

• Educate customers on features, promotions, phone operation, and wireless solutions

• Process activations, upgrades, payments, and account changes

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual standards

• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and follow escalation procedures

• Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies

• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and daily store operations

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including weekends)

• Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
