The Opportunity
As a Wireless Sales Advocate, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers walking into our stores. Your job is to deliver excellent service, offer the right wireless solutions, and help each customer leave with confidence in their purchase. If you enjoy problem-solving, connecting with people, and working in a fast-paced retail setting, this is the job for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and understand their wireless needs.
- Recommend phones, plans, and accessories based on customer goals.
- Learn and stay current on Cricket promotions, device features, and store processes.
- Drive strong sales results and support your team in hitting store targets.
- Assist with device setups, port-ins, activations, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain an organized, welcoming store environment.
