Join our team at Contra Costa Wireless LLC, an Authorized Retailer for Total Wireless. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable part-time Wireless Sales Associates to provide excellent customer service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with wireless products, plans, and services
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Stock and organize inventory, maintain clean retail space
- Answer customer questions and provide solutions
- Assist with promotions, flyers, and social media content
Qualifications:
- Retail or customer service experience preferred (wireless sales a plus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts (weekday afternoons/evenings or weekends)
Pay & Schedule:
- $17/hour sales incentives
- 10–20 hours per week
- Sundays: 12 PM – 5 PM
- Mondays: 10 AM – 7 PM
- Tuesdays: 10 AM – 7 PM
