Duties
- Assist with concrete finishing
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to support various construction activities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to follow project specifications accurately.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks such as moving materials, loading/unloading supplies, and site cleanup.
- Conduct demolition, renovation work, and restoration projects with attention to detail and safety standards.
- Use hand tools like hammers, saws, caulking guns, and plastering tools to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is required
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with construction estimating is a plus.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery, such as excavators, is advantageous.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and metal stud framing enhances your candidacy.
