Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced skilled laborer to lead a crew of 1-2 members. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on leadership position—not an office job.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily field operations.
Read blueprints and scopes of work.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards.
Train and mentor crew members.
Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain clean and organized job sites.
Communicate progress and project needs with management.
Perform framing, drywall, finish carpentry, demolition, remodeling, and restoration work as needed.
Complete quality control before leaving each job.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of construction experience.
Previous crew leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
Ability to read blueprints.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Dependable and self-motivated.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
