We bring tech-savvy service to a field where that is rare, and our clients rely on it and love us for it.  We provide exterior property maintenance services to HOAs and Apartment Communities as well as Office Buildings and Retail Shopping Centers, mainly pressure washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and specialty cleanings.

    Optional / beneficial experience:

    • Experience in any of the following:
      • MacBook-based work in systems like:
        • BambooHR (our HRIS platform)
        • Excel and Google Sheets (basic to mid-level comfort)
        • Google Workspace tools (google docs, google calendar, gmail, shared folders, etc.)
      • Experience in the following:
        • Assisting with reviewing resumes and/or completing phone screens 
        • Paperwork, filing, organization systems
        • Phone screens or reviewing resumes 
        • Employee experience like orientation sessions and company-wide social events
      • Office management
        • Purchasing and stocking supplies
        • Light office equipment upkeep (refilling printer cartridges, troubleshooting printer issues)
      • Reporting and presentations (ex: PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.)
        • Requires confident written and spoken communication skills


    Additional Requirements:

    North Carolina Driver's License - Good driving record with 2 years of experience (so that we can add you to our insurance policies)

    Ability to become a North Carolina Notary Public

     

    Location note: The SOR Administrative Assistant role is 100% based in-office in North Raleigh. The role will remain in-person and will not shift to hybrid or remote in the future. As a blue-collar company focused on employee experience and culture, it's important for our employees (70% of whom are pressure washing and gutter cleaning technicians) know the office-based employees who support them. (NOTE: We have been alerted that some platforms have incorrectly marked this listing as remote. It is 100% in-office.) The hours will be either Mon-Fri 7:30AM - 4:00PM or Mon-Fri 8:30AM - 5:00PM based on the successful candidate's needs.


    Example daily duties:

    • Quickly responding to emails, calls, and texts so our employees and clients quickly get routed to the resources and answers they need to be productive
    • Communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, learning the preferences of hiring managers
    • Learning of employee relations concerns or a struggle an employee is facing and routing them to the appropriate party to ensure issues do not linger unaddressed
    • Appropriately handling confidential documents, ensuring nothing is misfiled or inappropriately disclosed
    • Becoming an expert in utilizing our platforms, especially BambooHR 
    • Putting your organizational and administrative skills to work to efficiently support the Company
