The Front Of House Service Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Nashville, TN. This role involves overseeing daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing and training staff, maintaining service standards, handling guest feedback, and collaborating with other departments to optimize service and operations. The Service Manager will also assist in scheduling, inventory management, and implementing processes that align with Southall's dedication to hospitality excellence.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including team training and performance management
