- Handle tax-free reorganizations, business transfer, and restructuring transactions.
- Collaborate with tax experts and clients to structure favorable business and investment transactions.
- Provide strategic tax planning guidance and deal structuring support for clients.
What You'll Bring:
- LLM in Taxation and 3-5 years of experience in tax law.
- Knowledge of domestic and international tax planning, tax-free exchanges, and business tax strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with tax compliance and business entity structuring.
