Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program / Operations Specialist to provide leadership, analysis, and oversight across complex programs and operational activities. Role Overview
The selected candidate will act as a subject matter expert, supporting both leadership and operational teams with advanced analysis, program oversight, and strategic recommendations. This position combines technical expertise, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to team members, including training, mentoring, and guidance
- Oversee and review the completion of complex documentation, reports, and data management activities
- Deliver expert-level analysis and interpretation of policies, procedures, and operational practices
- Support implementation of programs and process improvements across departments
- Conduct research and provide recommendations to resolve operational, employee, or customer-related issues
- Analyze operational data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
- Ensure accuracy and quality of systems, processes, and reporting through audits and reviews
- Participate in cross-functional projects, supporting planning, budgeting, timelines, and execution

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred)
