Our client is looking for a GTM Strategy & Program Manager to support the growth of their Enterprise Agreement (EA) business. This role is central to shaping go-to-market initiatives, designing scalable programs, and aligning cross-functional efforts to drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multiple teams to evolve and strengthen GTM strategies, with a focus on Enterprise Agreement offerings.
- Coordinate across sales, product, finance, legal, strategy, and operations to plan and execute initiatives that accelerate business growth.
- Develop and enable successful adoption of GTM programs through impactful sales tools, playbooks, and enablement resources.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes, introduce best practices, and enhance overall customer experience.
- Support the creation of detailed documentation for EA programs, ensuring clarity in structure, policies, and execution guidelines.
- Provide regular updates and communicate progress to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Act as a conduit for feedback from sales and customers, leveraging insights to refine strategy and improve program effectiveness.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Enterprise Agreements, offering guidance to both internal teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in areas such as strategy, consulting, operations, program management, or sales enablement.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market frameworks, sales motions, and enablement practices.
- Proven ability to manage and execute complex GTM programs or sales initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Background in technology industry, with experience in consulting or program management being highly desirable.
