Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a key stakeholder in business planning sessions, utilizing people data and organizational insights to guide leadership decisions.
- Organizational Design: Lead initiatives related to departmental structures, role optimization, and internal process improvements to enhance overall performance.
- Talent & Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end talent lifecycle, from succession planning and internal mobility to developing robust talent pipelines for critical functions.
- COE Collaboration: Work as a bridge between the business and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated solutions across compensation, benefits, DE&I, and professional development.
- Culture & Inclusion: Drive a culture of belonging by embedding inclusive leadership practices into the fabric of the organization’s talent management and employee experience.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in a consultative environment and has a proven track record of influencing executive-level stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience, specifically in a dedicated HR Business Partner or HR Consultant capacity.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Preferred Experience:
- 8 years of HR experience (financial services or professional services experience is a plus).
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex, multi-functional business units.
- Strong functional knowledge of total rewards/compensation frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and the ability to leverage data for storytelling.
- Exceptional change management skills and a growth-oriented mindset.
