Our client is seeking a strategic SAP S/4HANA Program Director to lead a large-scale, enterprise-wide digital transformation. This role will define and deliver the roadmap for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, driving modernization across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, procurement, and warehousing functions.

- Lead the full SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation across multiple business units.
- Establish ERP strategy, governance, and a delivery roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Standardize and streamline processes using SAP best practices.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Manage system integrator relationships, budgets, timelines, and overall program performance.
- Drive change management, training, and user adoption.
- Define KPIs and metrics to track system effectiveness and business value.
- Monitor emerging SAP capabilities to maintain a modern, future-ready ERP environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- 10 years of SAP program delivery experience, including 5 years in leadership roles
- Demonstrated success overseeing SAP S/4HANA Cloud or major ERP transformations within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Strong expertise across Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management modules.
- Solid knowledge of SAP integrations, data migration, and cloud architecture.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- SAP certifications (Activate, Cloud ALM, CoE) are a plus.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 20%.
